By using this website and placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping and Cancellation, Return & Refund policies. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the site.

You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable law and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, recipient and delivery information, including a complete address and a reachable mobile number. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Product descriptions, imagery and recommendations are provided in good faith. Products are handcrafted and use natural crystals — minor variation in colour, stone shape, size, thread and finish is normal and is not a defect. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Product prices are shown exclusive of GST. GST at 18% and a flat delivery charge of ₹100.00 are added at checkout. All totals, taxes and shipping are recalculated on our server from the current database values; the amount authorised at Razorpay is the final payable amount. We reserve the right to correct pricing, availability or product-information errors before an order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully captured by Razorpay and our server issues a public order number of the form EQH-YYMMDD-XXXXX. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, mispricing, unavailability or non-serviceability.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Return, replacement and refund exceptions are set out in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

The Energy Rakhi Finder is a guided selection aid, not a diagnostic tool. Recommendations reflect your inputs and are intended for thoughtful selection only. No spiritual, financial, career, relationship or health outcome is guaranteed. Energy Rakhis are intention-based spiritual and wellness items and are not a substitute for medical, financial, legal or professional advice. Individual experiences may vary.

You agree not to attempt to bypass checkout controls, manipulate prices, totals or inventory, scrape the site, probe security controls, misuse the site in violation of law, or interfere with its normal operation.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to remote location, serviceability, public holidays, weather, courier disruption, festival volume or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We coordinate on your behalf but cannot guarantee courier transit times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to statutory consumer rights and any applicable consumer forum jurisdiction, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
