This website is operated by I Deserve Life Systems LLP (trading as “Energy Queens Hub”, “we”, “our”). Registered address: 29, Russa Road East 2nd Lane, Tollygunge Circus Avenue, Kolkata – 700033, West Bengal, India.

We collect only information that you provide or that is required for the Energy Rakhi Finder and checkout to work:

• Finder answers — recipient name, age band, present phase, challenges and blessings you select. These are stored locally in your browser to preserve your progress; a session record is created on our server if you continue to checkout.
• Checkout details — buyer name, WhatsApp number, email and full shipping address (street, pincode, city, state).
• Order and payment records — order number, product selections, amounts and Razorpay payment identifiers. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs or netbanking credentials — these remain with Razorpay.
• Privacy-safe analytics — an anonymous session identifier and page / quiz / checkout events used to understand aggregate usage. Analytics events do not contain your name, contact details or address.

• To generate your recommendations and fulfil your order.
• To send order confirmation, dispatch updates and support emails from our verified sending domain.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting record-keeping requirements applicable to us.
• To operate, secure and improve the site (aggregated analytics and error diagnostics).

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We share only the order amount and identifiers required to create the payment. Razorpay collects and processes your payment credentials directly under its own terms and privacy policy.

We share your name, delivery address and mobile number with the courier partner assigned to your order strictly for dispatch and delivery.

Transactional emails are sent via our email delivery provider from our verified sending domain. The provider processes email content and delivery metadata on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Personal information is shared only with the payment, courier and email service providers described above, and where required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority.

Order, invoice and payment records are retained for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting law. Finder progress stored in your browser can be cleared by you at any time via your browser’s site-data controls.

We use TLS in transit, row-level security on our database, restricted server-side access for privileged operations, signed and verified payment webhooks, and access controls for the internal admin. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information — subject to legal and tax record-keeping obligations — by writing to creative@energyqueenshub.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity before acting on the request.

We use only functional local storage (to keep your finder answers, cart and an anonymous session identifier). We do not use third-party advertising or marketing cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
