Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not offered.

Dispatched within 2 business days. Expected delivery is 5–7 days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delivery may take longer because of remote location, serviceability, public holidays, weather, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable mobile number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

A flat delivery charge of ₹100.00 is added at checkout on every order, regardless of quantity. GST is applied on the product subtotal.

Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners selected according to destination and serviceability.

A tracking reference is shared over WhatsApp or email once the parcel is handed to the courier.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay the applicable re-shipping charges before the order is dispatched again. Shipping and return-to-origin costs already incurred are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by I Deserve Life Systems LLP or the courier partner.

Courier partners occasionally experience delays due to weather, regional disruption or festival volume. We coordinate on your behalf but cannot guarantee courier transit times.
